Fruit salsa

In preparation for 4th of July weekend, I thought I'd pass along a favorite recipe of mine - fruit salsa with cinnamon tortilla chips. Simple to make and quite tasty!

1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
1 cup apple, finely chopped
2 kiwis, finely chopped
1 navel orange, finely chopped
1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon fruit preserves

After chopping up all the fruit, thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Drain any excess liquid from the bowl. Cover and chill.

*I recommend only using half of the orange, a whole is too much.

Cinnamon tortilla chips ingredients:
10 flour tortillas
1/4 cup butter, melted
Cinnamon sugar

Cut tortillas into wedges, and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350, 8-10 minutes.
