I had a big deadline at work today and what better way to put all the stress behind me than to work off a little steam. I came home from Easter with the 30 Day Shred and decided to give it a try tonight. It was a great workout! It felt good to sweat it out. I really like how it includes strength training, cardio and abs work. It's also nice that there are two representations of the moves with a harder and more basic example so you can choose who to follow. It's great for any level. I am hoping to keep it up and do it as often as I can. It's already bathing suit season here in Florida :) Time to step it up!
