Deadline day!

I had a big deadline at work today and what better way to put all the stress behind me than to work off a little steam. I came home from Easter with the 30 Day Shred and decided to give it a try tonight. It was a great workout! It felt good to sweat it out. I really like how it includes strength training, cardio and abs work. It's also nice that there are two representations of the moves with a harder and more basic example so you can choose who to follow. It's great for any level. I am hoping to keep it up and do it as often as I can. It's already bathing suit season here in Florida :) Time to step it up!

I've been doing it for about 4 weeks and I'm still only on level two... (although I have missed some days here are there b/c of finals). It is STILL such a good work out! I can definitely see results too!

Let us know what you think after a few workouts. I love the Firm workouts, too. If you haven't tried them, they're pretty good.

I workout ot a Denise Austin video and am overjoyed with the results that I've seen; I have heard great things about the 30 Day Shred, though. I'll have to give it a shot sometime. :)

I may have to give this a shot.

To be perfectly honest, she kind of scares me, though, lol.

Ugh. As a Native Floridian, I *hate* walking into Target or WalMart. You are immediately ambushed by a sea of bathing suits.

So many people are doing this and we have yet to see anyone say "...it doesn't work," which makes us want to at least see it.

Good for you Miss Tut!
