And I'm off . . .

I am headed to the windy city for work. Fun fact: This will be my fourth time going to Chicago and I have yet to see the city/downtown. I won't this time either! Maybe next time :)

I am going to a press conference and will be interviewing this amazing lady, Beth Daniel. She is the captain of the U.S. Solheim Cup team. (The Solheim Cup is the championship between two teams - U.S. vs. European ladies.) Fun fact: She is a southern girl! She was born in Charleston and went to Furman University in SC as well. She has won 33 tournaments including a major championship. I'm excited to meet her!

Wish me luck!

That sounds like SO much fun! Chicago is by far my favorite city! It takes the best elements of Boston and NYC and mixes them up. I've been three times!

Have a wonderful trip! Hope the weather is not too cold. My daughter was there on business in January and thought she would freeze to death. Safe travels!

What? No downtown? I live in Chicago & can't believe it!! Next time you are in town let me know! Maybe we can have a preppy blogger gathering lunch at the RL Restaurant or something fun! You have to see the downtown!! It is criminal not to!
