Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

I'm back! I spent the weekend with my wonderful family and they got to see my last performance of the Singing Christmas Trees. It is bittersweet that the show is over, but it was such a wonderful experience overall. I am looking forward to moving on to all things Christmas now.
Today at work we are having a bake-off competition that I am participating in. Cross your fingers for me! I will be back later to give you an update and hopefully share some photos and let you know what I made, but for now I will leave you with a yummy recipe that is easy to make and great to give  as a Christmas present to co-workers or friends. Just put them on a cute plate and you're all set!

Chocolate-covered Peanut Butter Balls
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 Tbs butter
1 cup powder sugar
8 oz. chocolate

Stir the peanut butter and butter together. Gradually add the powder sugar. Shape into balls and put on wax paper. Let stand for 20 mins. to firm up. Melt the chocolate (I used chocolate chips) and dip the balls into it and place them back on wax paper so the chocolate can harden. You can decorate the tops with sprinkles, chopped nuts, crumbled Reese's or whatever sounds good.
